Telecom Business Development/Account Manager – Менеджер по развитию бизнеса/по работе с клиентами - Телеком
A challenging position for a bilingual (Russian-English) results-oriented business development and sales professional with Telecom/IT background with lots of potential for growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and build business with existing accounts
• Identify and develop new customers in the Telco/IT/large enterprise industry space in Russia and the CIS
• Ability to establish and build relationships at all levels
• Prepare customer presentations
• Interpret during customer meetings when necessary
• Provide timely reports and forecasts
• Conduct a competitive analysis
• Be creative
REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of work experience in the telecom/utility telecom industry (large enterprise and similar experience is an advantage)
• Existing contacts in the Telco/IT/large enterprise industry
• Experience with handling regional and/or account sales responsibilities
• Good understanding of the telecommunications/IT industry
• Equivalent of bachelor’s degree required. (Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred, others considered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Russian
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary
• Ability to maintain a mature, problem-solving approach; general knowledge of “how to get things done.
• Ability to “think outside of the box”
• Acute attention to details
• Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet software
• A strong set of client references
• Flexibility to travel as required
TERMS
Base salary plus commission. The amount of base salary is determined after the interview. Training provided. Career development opportunities available. Telephone and Internet costs reimbursement.
